Would hypnotic regression therapy help retrieve past/forgotten memories?

Just to be clear I am not referring to past life regression but hynotic regression to retrieve, if possible, forgotten memories from this life time (if that makes sense.)

I really wish to know if it would be possible for a regression hypnotist to help me retrieve childhood memories (from about ten years ago) that I have almost completely lost. In short, I want to regain those memories, so would regression work?

Regression work is a powerful tool to help break through emotional and mental barriers.

It is very real and it works.

I was certified with the National Guild of Hypnotists, Many years ago.

I would recommend finding someone who specializes in that technique, and meet with them to interview them before they work with you. Make sure you are comfortable with them.
