By removing the blockages then we can enjoy life because trauma caused blockages create guilt and shame.
Forgiveness comes naturally in meditation as we transmute the Trauma Caused Negative Karmic mass.
If you do things which causes pain to other people, then you will be ashamed and trauma is the result. This is the cause of traumatic stress disorder and Advanced Energy Enhancement Meditation Techniques are the cure.
As you meditate this energy of forgivness comes in and dissolves all of your Negative Karmic Mass.

It may be easy to look around our world today and see the appearance of chaos, difficulty and strife.
