How can I change those beliefs that are influencing my life in a way I don’t like?
I’ve realized that some of my beliefs regarding money, success, responsability, attitude facing life (among other things), LIMIT my actions, my decisions and the way I run my business
I know I need to get off the shell. I have to change them, but don’t know how….
Simply realizing that you are limiting yourself is a huge step. It is important that you use something as a reminder that you choose those limits, that it is not someone else or something else. Personally, I have little notes that I pull out when I feel like I need a boost of confidence to take a big risk. Altering your beliefs is not a crime, rather a natural maturation process that will continue throughout your life, so don’t be afraid and take the plunge. It feels so good to stretch youself!

Make your business decisions based on what is best for your business.
Make your personal decisions based on what is best for you.
If the success of the business is your goal, then don’t cloud the issues you are facing with your personal beliefs. Pretend that your business is a separate entity from yourself (which it is), that depends on you for it’s life or death (which it does). The business may be a reflection of you, but you are not defined by the business.
You may not necessarily need to change your beliefs in your personal life, you may just need to separate your personal life from the business.

I was in your shoes about 6 or 7 years ago, except that I was also surprised by a divorce after 25 years. I didn’t know what I didn’t know.
The first step in the right direction was when a friend lent me some audio tapes on success.
The second step occurred a short while later when I got myself a life coach. It did something more important than helping me to be successful. It made me realize what I really wanted out of life.
Since then everything continues to get better and better. It’s downright scary.
That’s what worked for me. My advise is to get out there and find out what works for you.
