Archive for Past Life Programs
Why is no-one ever a peasant in their past lives?
I was watching this programme and everyone was saying ‘I was a queen’, ‘I was a duke’, ‘I was a stable girl who had an affair with a Lord and became a lady’. The best was ‘I was the King of Atlantis’. Where are all the down-trodden paupers?!
Reincarnation is wishful thinking, that’s why everybody was somebody great in a past life. How many people were Joan of Arc or Mary Mother of God? Countless.
Goal Setting: 4 Simple Steps to Set Your 2009 Intentions
Copyright (c) 2009 Christine Kloser
At the beginning of the year, you may find yourself stuck between celebrating the success of last year, planning for the New Year and perhaps overwhelmed by everything you have on your full plate. You’re not alone. Most conscious entrepreneurs go through this type of celebration, anticipation and yes, sometimes even overwhelm. That being said, the beginning of a new year is the perfect time to take some time to get laser-focused on what you want to experience and manifest this year.
For the past 6 years, my husband and I have always spent New Year’s Day clarifying and writing our intentions for the New Year. This ritual is a highlight of the year and one that continues to catapult growth on all levels, and help me fully prepare for the year… mentally, emotionally, practically and spiritually.
You’ve probably heard that the most powerful thing you can do to manifest your goals is to write them down! There is something about putting your goals in writing that begins to align the Universe to help you realize them (or something better).
The following four step process is one of my personal New Year strategies. I hope you’ll print this out and get started with your intentions today!
Step 1: Complete
The first step to setting clear intentions for the New Year is to feel complete with the events and experiences of the last year. To do this, simply reflect on the past year… beginning back in January. In your mind, run through the year noting the accomplishments, challenges, successes, growth, opportunities and gifts that you experienced. Once you’ve taken time to reflect on the past year, allow yourself to release anything that you may be hanging on to. Take several deep relaxing breaths as you envision completing the year and become fully present to this moment and all the potential that lies ahead for this year.
Step 2: Celebrate
Next, take out a pen and paper and write a list of everything you have to celebrate from the past year. Focus on all areas of your life, including spiritual (connection to God, meditation, spiritual practice, spiritual community, trust in Divine plan, etc.), personal (health, relationships, fulfillment, family, friends, community, love, etc.), financial (overall financial health, income, debt reduction, investments, money management, etc.), business (new strategies, marketing programs, joint ventures, products and services, client successes, gross income, profitability, support, etc.). Take time to complete your list thoroughly and review it to fully embrace your success and evolution this past year.
Step 3: Focus
Once you finish completing and celebrating, now become focused on all that you want to manifest this year. Simply create the picture of this coming year in your mind’s eye, getting a clear vision of what you intend to manifest and experience (don’t write anything down, yet… just envision it in your mind and feel it in your heart). Again, as you did in Step 2 “Celebrate”, be sure to include the areas of spiritual, personal, financial and business.
Step 4: Commit
The last step is to commit your intentions for the year by putting them in writing. This is the most powerful step of the journey; it’s the beginning of taking the vision in your mind and bringing it into reality. There are two different methods I recommend for writing down your intentions for the year, choose the one that feels like the right fit for you: 1) write a description of your year from the standpoint of January 1, 2010 including all the details of what has transpired during this year… be grateful in advance! 2) Write a bullet point-list of your intentions for the year in each of these 4 areas (spiritual, personal, financial and business). You can write your list on index cards putting one area of your life on a different card.
Once you complete this four step process, there is one last BONUS step to include with all of your writings. And, that is to write “this or something better” at the bottom of the paper. Because, as expansive as your intentions and vision for this year are, God/The Universe sees so much more for you. There are gifts waiting for you that you cannot begin to imagine. So, enjoy being clear and energized about this incredible year knowing that you also leave space for miracles to occur.

How do you stop dwelling on the past?
I’ve made some bad decisions in my life. Chose the wrong friends, denied entry to one of the top high school programs in the nation out of laziness, and have been a bad son. I’m trying to turn my life around before i graduate high school, but my mentality is stuck in this slightly depressive state. How do i stop dwelling on the past and move on?
And tips or personal stories? Thank you for your answers
Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.
10 Marketing Mindsets for Success
Having the right mindset for your marketing can mean the difference between amazingly impactful marketing and marketing that is blase and falls flat with little to no results. These ten marketing mindsets will also help you stay the course and focus, expand past your comfort zone, and keep your energy up so you don’t get down on yourself and get frustrated with your marketing before you’ve given it a chance.
1. Give Yourself Time
Most of my clients are their own worst boss! Their expectations are so high that they don’t really give marketing efforts time to work before they start doubting, questioning and wanting to ditch the whole effort. Acknowledge that you are a lifestyle entrepreneur. This is a business owner who won’t compromise on her lifestyle – she’s not about to sacrifice her relationships, miss the big school play, go without a vacation or working out and taking care of herself. Given your commitment to your lifestyle, create marketing programs that support your lifestyle success. Just because someone else looks like they are moving fast doesn’t mean you have to pile on a load of stress, and sacrifice everything that’s important to you. Build time (we’re not talking perfection here) into your side.
2. Commit to Frequency
I heard this in the early days of my career in newspaper advertising back in the 80′s and it’s still true today. Actually it’s probably more important today than ever. We are literally bombarded with over 68,000 messages a day. Your client has learned to put up a big filter and be selective about how much information she lets in. So, you have to be consistent in your efforts so that little by little she’ll develop an awareness of who you are, develop a trust in you and your services, and be there when she is ready to buy. This is also about trusting your vision and making a commitment to keep showing up in real, vulnerable, confident ways with your marketing.
3. Create A Support Team
Doing it alone will have you burnt out and is a sure-fire way to zap your creativity. Create a plan for your ideal support team – both for your business and for your home life. You don’t have to hire them all at once. Knowing that you have a plan for which people you want to add and when you want to add them can be liberating in itself. Then gradually hire people on a project basis or for a few hours. As you are ready to step into the next level of success for your business, you’ll hire another person to help you expand your capacity. Growing with the evolution of your company allows you to keep focused on your “strengths-based” work – the juicy, creative part of your business that is directly related to growing the business. Let others (who are working with their strengths!) handle the rest.
4. Look For and Create systems
This is a key area for a lot of growing business owners. To handle the growth look for anything and everything that you do over and over again. Make a system out of it. Design a template, checklist, procedure list so you aren’t redoing it everytime. I have to say, I equate “systems” with “freedom”. Every 10 – 15 – 30 minutes counts in my busy life. Learn how to use your online systems and programs to help support you not having to hold so much information in your head. (i.e. birthdays, appointments, to-do’s, ideas). As you build your support team co-create systems with them. My amazing assistant, Jan, helps me with my newsletter. Not only does she do all the behind the scenes management of it (shopping cart, template, editing, list management, etc.) but we’ve created a system to help me get it out on time. We have calendarized the newsletter so we know our publish dates and then 3 days before it’s due to her she sends me the template with as much information as possible already updated. I just have to write the welcome, provide the article, and product announcement. A system set up for my success! (Thanks Jan!)
5. Let out your personality
Surprisingly – this is such a big area for creative entrepreneurs! You would think with all that creativity busting at the seams in your business that this would be easy. What I find is that a lot of creative entrepreneurs are so conscious of their creative side that when it comes to marketing they think they have to button it up and “be professional.” Being professional can be a business-killer. I don’t like to use that word much but I have to say – being professional and blending in – will get you just that – blending in and not standing out to your ideal client. For starters, just be a little more personal and creative in your marketing than you think you “should.” You will be surprised at how you will connect with more people when you tell them about your cat, your vacation or your real -life stories of ‘annual summer schedule nervous breakdown’ (oops – talking about me!)
6. Claim your Expert Status
This is another big one for many women entrepreneurs. We have been raised with those stories: “don’t be too big for your britches”, “don’t brag”, and the biggie, ‘just who do you think you are’”. The thing is your clients WANT to know that you know what you are doing. The only way they’ll know is if you tell them. You can tell them in many ways that are fun and creative: through stories of your clients and how you solved a problem or they achieved a success working with you, through photos of you in action, and especially in your newsletter or blog. This is where you can shine with each publication, giving them tips, resources and stories about what you know works.
7. Take a Stand
Don’t be wishy-washy. You’ll get lost in the sea of mediocrity. All those businesses you hear about failing each year – many of them were indistinguishable from each other. What are you passionate about? Let your clients and potential clients know. Sure it’s a bit risky – they might not agree. The key here is to really know your client! Your ideal clients will feel closer to you and more attracted to you. They will keep coming back. Even dare to be controversial – not just to get attention but to really let your passion out. People love passionate and engaged people. They want to know how you are different from someone else. I do this everytime I publish this Joyful Business newsletter. Many people like the idea of a ‘joyful’ business but then they’ll say, “yeah, sure but can you really enjoy your business?” As you know, I take a stand for including your passion, creativity and lifestyle in your business. Some people don’t agree and they quickly go away. The ones who stay are true fans. They want to hear and know how they can keep this philosophy alive in their own businesses.
8. Build your Celebrity Mystique
I recently bought an Audio CD series from Rev. Michael Beckwith through Sounds True (an audio learning company). My coach was curious and asked me what their email said which prompted me to make the purchase. The truth of it was that I bought because he’s built up his expert status and his celebrity mystique. I’ve heard him speak on The Secret DVD, Oprah and Larry King enough to know he drips soul when he speaks. So, I’ve been waiting for a product from him. Now, you might say that you haven’t been on Oprah (yet). You can start today – right in your own life. Share pictures and stories of you and your coach, your mentors, your mastermind group – these show commitment and professionalism in your business. Get your picture taken when you go see famous speakers. Share pictures of you speaking, at special events, or charity fundraisers. All these situations are opportunities to share more about you to your readers, and they shape your personality and your values and make you real. Bottom-line is that people want to buy from successful people. Show them how you are a success!
9. Keep Learning About Marketing
You want to keep learning and growing in your marketing expertise. Marketing vehicles change, your ideal client evolves and so does your business. You want to always be filling up with how can you improve, tweak, change, make adjustments and try new things while keeping the successful marketing strategies fresh. Schedule learning from the experts (this is not to suggest you should follow every new marketing idea – manage your energy here!) and track what is working for you and what needs a fresh tweak. A great example of this is a sales page for a product. It might work at the beginning but you’ll eventually find that the conversion fizzles. Is it that you need a fresh message, updated testimonials, a stronger headline, installment payments, or is your current market saturated and it’s time for new markets or to add to your list? This takes time. Put it in your calendar to visit your stats, get feedback and determine what needs to be changed. After all, marketing is a like a game, and to play the game you always have to be in movement trying something new, paying attention, stretching, being curious or systemizing what’s working to free up energy.
10. Get a Mentor
Unless you want to spend energy, effort and lots of money recreating the path on your own – do yourself a favor and make a leap forward by learning from the best mentor you can afford. The key to having a successful relationship is to find a coach, consultant, or mentor who shares a similar philosophy and values as you do. For example, I am a heart-centered, bring your whole life to the table, creative attraction expert. If you are looking for a linear, push, push, rush, rush, dominant personality – I can refer to you some who will fit the bill. What I do is help creative entrepreneurs who are similar to me – they want creative expession, meaningful work, a lifestyle they love and financial success to support it all. I help them get down the path further and quicker with less stress and more ease. What type of mentor do you need at this point in your business cycle? Who do you see that you admire and want to be where they are? What I know is that when I’ve worked with mentors who push and are more domineering – I just don’t flourish. When I work with someone who has a business that is where I want to go and approaches it with fierce love – I blossom. Who do you need for your next evolutionary leap? If heart centered marketing speaks to you and you’re ready for a leap in your business then stay tuned for our upcoming Platinum Mentor Program -Magic & Miracles in Marketing & Mindset.

Super Easy, Super Fast Weight Loss Plans
Have you ever talked to a dietitian or some other kind of nutrition guru who told you that if you wanted to lose weight, you’d have to exercise several times a week… eat twice as many fruits and vegetables as you’re eating now… cut down on your calorie consumption… and the whole rest of the laundry list?
You have to wonder, is it really that hard to do something as simple as lose weight? Am I really so broken that I need to make over all of my habits just to get rid of a few pounds of fat?
In all things, there’s usually a “work smarter, not harder” crowd and a “work harder, because it’ll build character” crowd. Not that there’s anything wrong with building character, but sometimes the quicker path is the more effective one because getting results is always the best motivator. When it comes to fast weight loss plans, rearranging your entire life won’t do: you don’t have the time. You’re better off understanding the key elements of a successful weight loss program and getting the most out of those principles.
A relatively new approach to losing weight has emerged over the past few years. In the way that interval training revolutionized exercise, calorie cycling seems to be slowly revolutionizing the diet industry (if only the established gurus with multi-million dollar programs could be goaded into action!). Calorie cycling involves varying the size of the meals you eat with just the right timing to increase your metabolism. Your caloric intake stays about the same as what it is today, but because you eat the big meals at the right times, your metabolism is higher-and more calories get burned.
You can do the math-what happens when you eat the same foods and the same amount of calories as before, but burn calories faster? A net calorie loss, and consequently, a net fat loss.
Fast weight loss plans that utilize calorie cycling are safe and they work. Unfortunately there aren’t a ton of them out on the market yet, but one stands above the crowd: FatLoss4Idiots. FatLoss4Idiots provides a custom meal generator that allows you to specify the foods you’d like to eat-then it handles the scheduling according to calorie cycling principles. Weight loss can start to become evident in just a few days, and the longer you continue the program, the more results you’ll see. Since I posted this FatLoss4Idiots review, I’ve seen a lot of positive feedback-people really are losing 9 pounds in 11 days as the program advertises. For those who want to lose weight fast, FatLoss4Idiots is an incredibly powerful program.

Should entitlement programs factor lifetime contributions for eligibility?
I have never collected a cent of unemployment, food stamps, welfare tuition aid, free meals or any other government handout in my life. I am for these programs and understand that they are important to society. I am in the top 10% of wage earners and tax payers in the country and have been for the past 25 years. But, this is the gist of my question.
People are collecting extended benefits right now due to the economy. More tuition aid, longer unemployment, help with retraining…etc.
If I lose my job (a possibility), shouldn’t I be entitled to a benefit at least commensurate with others that have collected entitlements over the years. I may only collect 9 months of unemployment whereas some people have collected unemployment for double that time. Maybe accruing 200k or more worth of aid over their life. Yet, highly productive workers over their lifetime may find themselves upon hard times and could receive significantly less of a benefit.
Shouldn’t these programs at least LOOK at what you have given to society over your life
And why in my time of need shouldn’t the government look to the fact that I contributed a million dollars into the program. I think you misunderstood what I was looking for. I don’t want any money NOW. Nor do I want it when I retire (or ever)……Unless I need it because I lose my job. And then, I want the government to provide me assistance to take care of my family. Joe down the street received 10 years of unemployment checks so far in his life and contributed 50k to the system. I contributed a million dollars and never collected a cent. Now, I am in need and I get less help. How is that fair
Welcome to social justice…STINKS DOESN’T IT! Now, get hurt and try to get disability…Ain’t happening…As I wonder if any political party will ever grow some and initiatee welfare reform…thus social security could be left alone, and be there for what is was intended for.
How Do I Make My Computer Run Faster – Tips
That is the quintessential question of the 21st century, Computers run slow after a while, and that is something you simply cannot avoid. Computers are fast and furious at the point of purchase, but months and months of program installs and exposures to the dangers of the internet will cause those little bytes of the dangerous and the misleading to enter into the cubby holes of your well oiled machine and clog it up. You’re not only the one plagued with this problem. Thousands and thousands of computer users have experienced the same frustration with their computers as they either crash, take an eon to load a program, or shows an error message that makes as much sense as a Sanskrit manuscript. If you’ve ever asked yourself ‘how do I make my computer run faster’, then look no further, for this article will show you the tips and tricks that you need to do just that.
First of all, it’s entirely possible that your computer has enough digital dust bunnies to slow it down worse than a geriatric grandma, so what you need to do is to clean it out. Cluttered software, digital entries that exist in a state of disparity and a hard disk that is fragmented beyond recognition; these are just some of the things that you need to take note of. You need to defragment the space in your working disks and doing that is easy, free and takes only a few hours. The defragment disk utility is in your computer and has the ability to clear out the gutters of your computer so that data will run smoothly through its pipelines. Unfortunately most people do not use this, or even realise that it is there in the first place. Click on it, sit back and wait a few hours and you will see a noticeable difference in the performance of your computer.
One other way of course is to delete and remove programs that you are not using, especially those that Windows tends to load at start up and exist in the program taskbar, eating away at your memory when you don’t even need it. Vet through your program list and see what you need and what you don’t need; sometimes we forget about past programs that we install, programs which get left behind to our most heinous error. Get rid of them because they are just taking up space in the hard disk.
Getting your computer to run faster can also involve repairing the registry, the one place within the databank labyrinths of your computer that determines how your system runs, how the programs you install execute and the general mechanics of your computer. Most of the problems of a slow PC might actually lie in the registry – we might not know it – but this is a fact of computing life. A good registry cleaner will be just the thing you need to make your computer run faster and better. While I won’t get into the exact science that makes your registry tick, you must understand that Windows constantly refers to it as a set of instructions to command the programs in the computer. A good registry cleaner will ensure that all of your system functions run smoothly and properly.
