Why is no-one ever a peasant in their past lives?

I was watching this programme and everyone was saying ‘I was a queen’, ‘I was a duke’, ‘I was a stable girl who had an affair with a Lord and became a lady’. The best was ‘I was the King of Atlantis’. Where are all the down-trodden paupers?!

Reincarnation is wishful thinking, that’s why everybody was somebody great in a past life. How many people were Joan of Arc or Mary Mother of God? Countless.

I am not sure if it is a correct theory.. I would like to know more ( please ) I have read a little on the subject…when I finished the book I was reading I was on the bus trying to understand, trying to visualize it… I did like the other subjects about learning..and our karmic connection such as family karma but how is it to be reasoned that we must keep returning to learn… I know some say we must learn until we have lived 2000 years or so If this is true then please help me understand it more… I feel I may be towards the 2000 year mark so now what do I do or should do …thank you

Simply, there are so many people alive today that everyone up until 1935 would have to have lived only one life and now be living their second for "past lives" to be a possibility. The other option is that very, very few people have past lives and the majority of humanity does not.

Personally I think soul mates has a higher possibility of being true than love at first sight, but yes I am one of those people who firmly believe love at first sight is not possible, attraction at first sight is common but love???

I think soul mates are far better than love at first sight.
Love at first sight is more you think they are highly attractive. Which to an individual they are.
Soul mate you had the time to get to know one another, and see each others dislikes and likes, see what you have in common, making you love them that much more.

Why do liberals and progressives think their beliefs are the same as the founding fathers?

Do they not know that liberal and progressive means changing away from the the founding principals and the founding principals were free market capitalism, individual rights, limited government, and a moral society? If you have the beliefs of the founding you are not a liberal.

How would they know, they never read the Federalist Papers or the Constitution

Do you think true soul mates argue?? Is it possible for two people right for eachother to a bad argument?

Yes soul mates fight. No two people are exactly the same. Soul mate doesn’t mean perfect relationship but two people, so stubborn that they refuse to leave one another, and so they spend energy and time in improving their relationship, every time becoming closer and loving one another a little more.

I want to do a past regression hypnosis, but my mom will not let me do this, because if you are opening memories you had in a past life, you will end up dead. Has anyone here taking a past life regression and are still alive? Has anyone died from it?
If you Christians don’t believe in this stuff, then don’t answer my question. This is only for people who believe in reincarnation.

[By Christ's definition the only true death is the "second death": Permanent separation of the Holy Ghost.]
