i have a developing psychic abilities book that has this story, it also says our souls are re animated again and again, so we all have lived once or twice before as someone else, except for evil souls like napoleon and Hitler, that's what hell is for. heaven is basically a collective souls and can be rebirth. did u know that a baby in the womb doesn't actually get a soul until the later parts of the pregnancy. only god loving souls are reborn, everything else is either stuck in purgatory or goes to hell. everyone is psychic, but some people shut that part of their brain off while growing up. You either except it or you block it out until it vanishes. The boy obviously excepted that he remembers the past life, and many parents nowadays don't allow their kids to have a wild imagination. even though the imagination was experiences from a past life.
