Super Easy, Super Fast Weight Loss Plans
Have you ever talked to a dietitian or some other kind of nutrition guru who told you that if you wanted to lose weight, you’d have to exercise several times a week… eat twice as many fruits and vegetables as you’re eating now… cut down on your calorie consumption… and the whole rest of the laundry list?
You have to wonder, is it really that hard to do something as simple as lose weight? Am I really so broken that I need to make over all of my habits just to get rid of a few pounds of fat?
In all things, there’s usually a “work smarter, not harder” crowd and a “work harder, because it’ll build character” crowd. Not that there’s anything wrong with building character, but sometimes the quicker path is the more effective one because getting results is always the best motivator. When it comes to fast weight loss plans, rearranging your entire life won’t do: you don’t have the time. You’re better off understanding the key elements of a successful weight loss program and getting the most out of those principles.
A relatively new approach to losing weight has emerged over the past few years. In the way that interval training revolutionized exercise, calorie cycling seems to be slowly revolutionizing the diet industry (if only the established gurus with multi-million dollar programs could be goaded into action!). Calorie cycling involves varying the size of the meals you eat with just the right timing to increase your metabolism. Your caloric intake stays about the same as what it is today, but because you eat the big meals at the right times, your metabolism is higher-and more calories get burned.
You can do the math-what happens when you eat the same foods and the same amount of calories as before, but burn calories faster? A net calorie loss, and consequently, a net fat loss.
Fast weight loss plans that utilize calorie cycling are safe and they work. Unfortunately there aren’t a ton of them out on the market yet, but one stands above the crowd: FatLoss4Idiots. FatLoss4Idiots provides a custom meal generator that allows you to specify the foods you’d like to eat-then it handles the scheduling according to calorie cycling principles. Weight loss can start to become evident in just a few days, and the longer you continue the program, the more results you’ll see. Since I posted this FatLoss4Idiots review, I’ve seen a lot of positive feedback-people really are losing 9 pounds in 11 days as the program advertises. For those who want to lose weight fast, FatLoss4Idiots is an incredibly powerful program.

Looking Back at Life Insurance for Older People
If you are a baby boomer or senior citizen, it is time to evaluate your life insurance. We have some great news. Life insurance rates have dropped a lot in the last ten years. Longer life and health spans have accounted for some of the rate drops. Americans are living longer and healthier lives. In addition, tougher auto safety standards have reduced traffic fatalities. So some insurance actuaries did the numbers, and realized they could do better in a competitive market by reducing premiums!
What does this mean to you? Well, say you were 50 years old in 1998, and you took out a 20 year term life insurance policy. In 2008 you are 60, but you may actually save money by covering the remaining 10 years with a new term life policy. For one thing, insurance rates have dropped. For another thing, you are only asking the insurer to take a 10 year risk. If you are reasonably healthy for a person your age, it is worth comparing rates to find out if the switch will help your pocket book.
You also have some other things to think about that may encourage you to research the rate advantages of switching. Did you have more to cover in the past when you took out your policy. In addition, did you have less savings to back you up with self-insurance?
If you took out a 30 year term life policy at 40, you may have figured in a mortgage, children’s education expenses, and very little savings to fall back on. Maybe now, at 55, the kids are all settled in their careers and your savings and investments provide a comfortable nest age. In addition, your home could be paid off, or at least, have a lot less payments remaining than it did 15 years ago.
Now this logic will not work for everybody. If you have certain diseases, your health may not allow you to obtain the best rates. And life does not always work out the way our financial planners tell us it will. Sometimes our kids do not support themselves as quickly as we had hoped, and sometimes financial problems can cut into our savings. And you may have takenn on new obligations that you did not consider 15 years ago. Perhaps you started a business, or your wife’s parents are living with you now, and so your obligations have not shrunk as much as you thought they would.
If you would like to find out if a new life insurance policy would save you money, and if you think it might make sense in your life, you can do some research without much effort. These days, you can find fast online quote forms that allow you to enter your basic information to get back competitive life insurance quotes. Find out what the local life insurance companies charge for various policy amounts, and then go talk to a qualified insurance agent to make sure you qualify for a new plan.
Never cancel your own coverage until you have the policy for your new policy in your hand. An agent can give you a quote, but insurane underwriters could decline or rate up your policy because of factors beyond you or your agent’s control.

Critical Success Tip: Understanding Self-Defeat
Most of us try to find someone else – anyone else – to blame when we fail to attain the goals we claim to desire. However, the truth is we almost always hold ourselves back with self-defeating beliefs and limiting intentions.
If you pay attention to other people as they complain about goals not met, you’ll soon see clearly these individuals are actively sabotaging their own efforts. They probably aren’t aware of this, but the fact remains their thoughts and actions are in direct opposition to what they say they want.
And once you notice this trait in others, it won’t be hard to find it in yourself as well! If you always seem to be struggling in one or more areas of your life, yet you believe with great sincerity that you want success in these areas, it is highly likely some form of self-defeat or self-limiting beliefs and/or actions are at work.
I’ll give you an example from my own life to help put this whole concept into perspective. Today I’m an entrepreneur with a successful business; but a few years prior to this writing I lived in extreme poverty.
Let me be clear: When I say poverty I don’t mean I sometimes fell behind on my house payment. In fact I had no home at one time, and rarely (if ever) had a single dollar bill in my pocket!
Being completely broke was the normal state of affairs for me. Looking back I wonder how I managed to eat.
Anyway at some point I decided being dirt poor was no fun. I made up my mind to become a successful entrepreneur and generate lots of money doing things I enjoy.
I attained marginal success within a couple of years. But I soon hit an invisible ceiling and found myself unable to move beyond a certain level of income.
Money came and went sporadically. I often had to deplete my savings account to survive, and it seemed absolutely impossible to make a real breakthrough and enjoy sustained comfort and prosperity.
After going through this for some time I began to look closely at myself. Knowing that my results were the reflections of my thoughts, feelings, and beliefs, I determined I could assess my state of mind to discover exactly what stood in the way of my desired success.
What I found was shocking. Over time I realized that whenever I thought about or spoke of large sums of money, I experienced a number of negative symptoms!
For instance, I might say I wanted to earn $10,000 within the next 30 days. Perhaps I would even write this down on my project board.
But as I talked about this amount of money, wrote it down, and tried to visualize myself receiving it, I became highly agitated. I sank into an instant and deep state of depression, my heart rate accelerated considerably, and I even became physically sick at my stomach!
Intellectually, emotionally, and even physically I was rejecting the idea of breakthrough success. And because I simply could not create a positive state of mind around the idea of big money it was literally impossible for me to manifest it.
On the rare occasions when I did create a major cash windfall, a problem would quickly arise to drain my funds. I was stuck in a viscous poverty cycle.
Why did I put myself through this?
For one thing, it’s likely I didn’t feel worthy of true success. My whole life had been spent in poverty, so who did I think I was trying to play a role that didn’t fit me?
Also the prospect of drastic change terrified me. I understood lack, scarcity, and struggle; but I had no idea how to cope with abundance, comfort, and plenty.
All of this may sound bizarre to you. But my story is not unique.
The fact is many people suffer from similar self-defeatist thinking and emotional states. Again, if you claim to want success in a particular area but inexplicably find yourself falling short despite your best efforts you should take a close and honest inventory of your daily thoughts and feelings.
Simply becoming aware of your own self-limiting thoughts and beliefs will go along way toward breaking the spell, so to speak. Once you see what is going on, you can challenge your mindset and shift it to a more desirable focal point.
The quickest, most effective method for overcoming this sort of deeply rooted self-defeat is the application of positive affirmations. Create a set of strong statements to counter your destructive beliefs and read these positive suggestions several times each day.
In my case, I created affirmations like: “Money loves to be around me. I always have more than enough money. I deserve the money I receive from multiple sources and I have fun spending it.”
As I repeated these positive suggestions over and over, day in and day out, my unconscious mind began to shift on its axis. Confident repetition literally programs the human mind in the same way valid source code teaches a computer system how to think and behave.
With sincere intention, self-awareness, and diligent affirmation I permanently dissolved my self-defeating thought patterns and attained the success I deserve. Certainly if I can do this, anyone else can as well!

Should entitlement programs factor lifetime contributions for eligibility?
I have never collected a cent of unemployment, food stamps, welfare tuition aid, free meals or any other government handout in my life. I am for these programs and understand that they are important to society. I am in the top 10% of wage earners and tax payers in the country and have been for the past 25 years. But, this is the gist of my question.
People are collecting extended benefits right now due to the economy. More tuition aid, longer unemployment, help with retraining…etc.
If I lose my job (a possibility), shouldn’t I be entitled to a benefit at least commensurate with others that have collected entitlements over the years. I may only collect 9 months of unemployment whereas some people have collected unemployment for double that time. Maybe accruing 200k or more worth of aid over their life. Yet, highly productive workers over their lifetime may find themselves upon hard times and could receive significantly less of a benefit.
Shouldn’t these programs at least LOOK at what you have given to society over your life
And why in my time of need shouldn’t the government look to the fact that I contributed a million dollars into the program. I think you misunderstood what I was looking for. I don’t want any money NOW. Nor do I want it when I retire (or ever)……Unless I need it because I lose my job. And then, I want the government to provide me assistance to take care of my family. Joe down the street received 10 years of unemployment checks so far in his life and contributed 50k to the system. I contributed a million dollars and never collected a cent. Now, I am in need and I get less help. How is that fair
Welcome to social justice…STINKS DOESN’T IT! Now, get hurt and try to get disability…Ain’t happening…As I wonder if any political party will ever grow some and initiatee welfare reform…thus social security could be left alone, and be there for what is was intended for.
Who do you think Chris from Charmed was in his past life?
I was just wondering because Paige was an evil enchantress, Prue, Piper, and Phoebe were all cousins of their ancestors, Leo was Piper’s past life lover, and Wyatt is King Arthur.
So who do you think Chris was in his past life? I’m just curious because I’ve been watching rewinds
A serious answer, please?
Well….Wyatt was not King Arthur…he is just the Next King Arthur.
I’m not sure Chris can even have a past life being half whitelighter…….but maybe he was a blacklighter witch hunter? Then he could have had a past life with that hot witch assassin he was engaged too in the future, in a past life.
How Do I Make My Computer Run Faster – Tips
That is the quintessential question of the 21st century, Computers run slow after a while, and that is something you simply cannot avoid. Computers are fast and furious at the point of purchase, but months and months of program installs and exposures to the dangers of the internet will cause those little bytes of the dangerous and the misleading to enter into the cubby holes of your well oiled machine and clog it up. You’re not only the one plagued with this problem. Thousands and thousands of computer users have experienced the same frustration with their computers as they either crash, take an eon to load a program, or shows an error message that makes as much sense as a Sanskrit manuscript. If you’ve ever asked yourself ‘how do I make my computer run faster’, then look no further, for this article will show you the tips and tricks that you need to do just that.
First of all, it’s entirely possible that your computer has enough digital dust bunnies to slow it down worse than a geriatric grandma, so what you need to do is to clean it out. Cluttered software, digital entries that exist in a state of disparity and a hard disk that is fragmented beyond recognition; these are just some of the things that you need to take note of. You need to defragment the space in your working disks and doing that is easy, free and takes only a few hours. The defragment disk utility is in your computer and has the ability to clear out the gutters of your computer so that data will run smoothly through its pipelines. Unfortunately most people do not use this, or even realise that it is there in the first place. Click on it, sit back and wait a few hours and you will see a noticeable difference in the performance of your computer.
One other way of course is to delete and remove programs that you are not using, especially those that Windows tends to load at start up and exist in the program taskbar, eating away at your memory when you don’t even need it. Vet through your program list and see what you need and what you don’t need; sometimes we forget about past programs that we install, programs which get left behind to our most heinous error. Get rid of them because they are just taking up space in the hard disk.
Getting your computer to run faster can also involve repairing the registry, the one place within the databank labyrinths of your computer that determines how your system runs, how the programs you install execute and the general mechanics of your computer. Most of the problems of a slow PC might actually lie in the registry – we might not know it – but this is a fact of computing life. A good registry cleaner will be just the thing you need to make your computer run faster and better. While I won’t get into the exact science that makes your registry tick, you must understand that Windows constantly refers to it as a set of instructions to command the programs in the computer. A good registry cleaner will ensure that all of your system functions run smoothly and properly.
